Nestled in a quiet residential road in Earlswood, this stunningly extended family home is bought to the market in beautiful condition. Having been a loving family home to the current owners for almost 20 years, this home has been loved and cared for throughout the owners tenure. Rear and loft extensions have ensured their is ample space for a growing family and the home has a lovely view over the playing fields opposite.

The ground floor offers a very thoughtfully designed layout, with the owners choosing to add a utility room where the original kitchen was, whilst adding the rear extension to ensure there is space for dining as well as relaxing.

The first floor offers three well proportioned bedrooms serviced by a spacious family bathroom. The owners have really taken advantage of the loft conversion, comfortably fitting two double rooms as well as an additional bathroom.

This really is a fantastic opportunity for families looking to move into the area. Earlswood station is just a stones throw away as well as being walking distance from Redhill town centre.

We have been really happy here for over 20 years. Earlswood is a lovely, safe neighbourhood to live and we have happily raised our family in our house we have been pleased to call home. There is a station, with trains direct to London and Gatwick, at the end of the road, the bustling market town of Redhill is a short walk away and there is a choice of good schools nearby. We have made many happy memories here and we hope that the next owner will too.

Redhill

Perfectly situated between London and Brighton, with direct rail links into the city and easy access to the M25, leafy Redhill really is the ideal commuter town. In fact, the high street is currently being redeveloped to meet the needs of an influx of metropolitan London buyers.

You’ll find a mix of period properties and modern developments in a beautiful rural setting, with the characterful villages of South Nut field and Bletchingley adding a touch of history to the area. If you’d like to get closer to nature, you’ll find country walks in Gatton Park and Redhill Common right on your doorstep

“We have loved living in this historical and aesthetic Redgate area since 1987. It is friendly neighbourly area with a welcoming community. It has been a very convenient location for lunchtime Earlswood and Redhill Common walks when working from home, along with Reigate Hill and Reigate Priory Park. Many amenities are easily accessible via the many lanes adjoining Reigate and Redhill historical towns.”
