WHAT'S GREAT

The Acres in Horley is one of the most desirable areas to live in, as you pass the beautiful scenic views and pretty houses. this home on Brookfield Drive will win over your heart in seconds!

Designed with simplicity in mind, this spacious home has a neutral décor throughout, keeping it bright and inviting all year round.

Spaced over three floors, the whole family has plenty of room to spread out as the current owners have made use of each room individually. When you enter the generous hallway, there are two deep storage cupboards and a handy W/C.

The modern kitchen is to the right, with integrated appliances (a rarity in most of the neighbour’s houses), leading through to the living/ dining room. Tastefully decorated and furnished, there are doors leading out to the well-kept rear garden, with access to the garage. This is ideal for summer BBQ's and dining al-fresco, whilst the children play on the lawn.

The first floor has two generous double bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. The top floor has three bedrooms and a modern family bathroom..

Outside, there is off road parking and a garage with electricity (the only one in the block), plus communal grounds with play parks and access into Horley town centre, schools and the station. Gatwick airport is a short drive away and access to the M25 and M23 is roughly a 10-minute drive!

Local shops, pubs and country walks reside nearby, meaning you never have to go too far to enjoy some of Surrey’s finest spots!

Sellers Secret

"We have had a fantastic 8 years in this house. The Acres is a thriving community and we enjoyed going to the Farmhouse pub at the end of the road which host some lovely events throughout the year.

The development also benefits from a Community Centre in a newly converted barn, playgrounds and beautiful countryside.

We will miss the house which is a fantastic size for a family. I loved how the living area has double folding doors to the garden, great in the summer.

I have found Horley, very central for travel. The best for me was the short distance to the airport. I found the trains to be great into London and to the coast within 30-minutes. "
