In the summer months, enjoy a BBQ with friends and family on the balcony and in the evenings head down to the communal lawn with a blanket and relax with a glass of bubbly! Enjoy a home cooked meal around the dining table and snuggle onto your comfy sofas and catch up on your favourite TV shows in the spacious living/ dining area, which has plenty of room for furnishings of your choice.
The separate modern kitchen is fully integrated with storage space and plenty of worktops units. The white décor keeps the kitchen looking fresh and has fashionable white brick tiles. Through the hallway, two double bedrooms are decorated in a neutral palette and there is a modern bathroom with a white three-piece suite and a shower over the bath.
Lesbourne Road has an array of unique and individually owned shops and eateries. Waking up on a Sunday morning and popping to the Blue Cow butchers for some fresh bacon and eggs to cook up a delicious breakfast is a real treat, however if you can't be bothered to cook, then head across the road to Two Many Cooks for a selection of dishes. The florist always has fresh flowers on display and the antiques shop has some hidden treasures to be discovered.
The Priory Park is beautiful for summer soirees, family outings and if you have children, there are some fantastic schools in the local area to choose from. Plus, easy commuter links to Reigate station, Gatwick Airport and Redhill.
"What attracted us to this property was its great location. We are absolutely spoiled living in "Lesbourne Village" with butcher, baker, wine shop and fish and chippy all on our doorstop, Priory Park just around the corner and only a short walk into Reigate town centre with its host of shops, restaurants and pubs.
We have really enjoyed living in this area and hope to continue living around here in our next house. "
