"The main thing that really appealed to us when buying this home was the scenic, countrified walks surrounding the development. It is very secluded and private here with no noise from the neighbours or traffic. In the mornings we really enjoy sitting in out front garden to eat our breakfast in the sunshine and in the evening we head to the garden where the sun sets. We have done a lot of work to our home and if we could pick it up and take it with us, we would. Our plan is to move closer to the coast as we have family and friends there. We will miss this beautiful house, but we hope the new owners enjoy it as much as we have."
