Tucked away in a cul-de-sac road, this semi-detached home is ready to move into with brand new Amtico flooring, new carpets and freshly decorated - yet still has scope to extend like many of the neighbours (STPP).
Approached via a driveway there is side access to the rear of the property and a welcoming porch to house coats and shoes. You enter into hallway which leads directly through to the kitchen which has white gloss units with plenty of storage and room for freestanding appliances. There is a rear door leading out to the garden, ideal when hosting BBQ's for friends and family.
Through to the open plan living/ dining room there is a lot of light coming through the large front window and conservatory doors to the rear. This sociable layout allows room for comfortable evenings relaxing in front of the TV watching your favourite movies and a dining area to host formal dinner parties and maybe even Christmas for the family! Extending out into the conservatory, this is another useful room with access to the garden. Outside, the garden has a large lawn area and patio with a shed which is powered by electricity.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and a smaller third bedroom which could be used as a home office, nursery or guest room. The two double bedroom benefit from storage cupboards and built in wardrobes and there is a family bathroom with a white three-piece suite.
Located in South Merstham, you are within easy reach of Merstham station, village shops and countryside walks. Redhill train station is easily accessed by car, bus or walking and there are further shops, eateries and entertain provided, soon to include further retail businesses with Redhill's re-generation fast on it's way.
Reigate High Street is ideal for a spot of lunch or a night out on the town and access onto the M25 is within close proximity. With some of Surrey’s finest schools in the local area, this is an all-round exceptional house.
'We've loved living here, the location is a perfect blend of countryside living, yet right within the heart of the London's commuter belt. With Mercers Lake being around the corner along with other lovely country walks too it's great to stretch the legs at the weekend. The station is just a a few minutes walk away where we have direct access into London (25 minutes to London Bridge/33 minutes to London Victoria). We're super close to Redhill and Reigate which is typically where we did our shopping/went out to eat as there's loads of great restaurants, bars, grocery stores, boutique shops and high street retailers.
We've modernised the home dramatically particularly the living/dining room and hallway areas which we're pretty proud off, particularly if you see the before photos! The road is super quiet and the neighbours are lovely which always helps. You can literally walk about a minute to grab a pint of milk or dare I say it a takeaway which is always handy!! I The garden's a really decent size perfect for kids or hosting BBQ's etc. It's a lovely house and we hope whoever lives here will be very happy!"
