This INCREDIBLE APARTMENT is situated in one of Reigate’s most sought-after locations. As you drive up the road you can’t help but be impressed, the road is lined with large family homes as well as apartments with well-manicured gardens. Pulling onto the communal DRIVEWAY, this once detached period house has been converted into apartments.
A LARGE, grand, communal entrance takes you up to the FIRST FLOOR and once inside, the STYLISH décor runs throughout the apartment; you can really see the care and effort the current owners have put into this home. A bright hallway invites you in and to your right you walk into a glorious, light filled room, dominated by the views across the tree tops pouring in through a full height window. Graceful proportions associated with the era with intricate plaster work wending its way around the ceiling and cosy carpets beneath your feet.
The stylish kitchen has been beautifully designed with a wood worktop, white cupboards and is open to the living area through an archway.
There are two generously sized bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes and the master bedroom has a large window with leafy views over the neighbouring building. Discreetly tucked away in the hallway is the main family bathroom which has been modernised with luxury porcelain tiles.
Outside, there is a lovely communal garden for everyone to share, backing onto Micklefield School cricket field, perfect for Summer BBQ's.
Reigate is well known for its variety of fancy eateries and entertaining pubs with live music. At the weekend the newly refurbished Everyman cinema is a great place to watch the latest Hollywood movie. The Priory Park is just beautiful with its flower gardens, children’s play area and lake, fantastic for taking a stroll and enjoying the great outdoors all year.
"What we will really miss when we leave here is the stunning, yet practical location. Behind us there are the most beautiful walks up Reigate Hill, with so many routes to explore on bike or on foot. In the other direction through Nutley village, a ten minute walk takes you to the high street, so we really have the best of both worlds. The huge garden is lovely in the summer, where we have enjoyed many BBQ’s against the backdrop of the hills.
Our family has now grown and so we must move on, however we have truly enjoyed our time here and hope the new owners love it as much as we have!"
