“This is a wonderful house that has been family owned for the past 15 years, it has recently has had a double block paved driveway and a lovely sandstone outdoor patio space, the garden is very secluded and is a real sun trap in the summer, being south west facing it has sun in it all year round which is wonderful. Emlyn road is a lovely place to live, the neighbours are fantastic, there is the nursery, two schools, a lovely little shop at the end of the road, and that it has superb transport links to the airports and rail links to London, Earlswood station is only a 5 minute walk away. I have absolutely loved living here and it is one of the best houses I have lived in, if I was not re-locating I would definitely not be selling, the house has always felt so warm and homely and a real safe haven, the garden is amazing in summer with it’s fruit tree’s and Rose bushes and has a wonderful feel to it”
