"We wanted to live somewhere within the catchment area for really good schools, and once we found this house, in a safe cul-de-sac, with no through road, and close access to a public footpath, equal distance from both Reigate and Redhill, we knew this was the one for us. After 22 happy years of living in this great little close, we can honestly say we will miss not only the house but our lovely neighbours. The perfect location meant our son could walk to school every day from an early age and play outside in a safe environment. Communiting to London from Redhill is easy and cycling to the station takes about 10 minutes. We loved the fact we could walk to Reigate for lunch or an evening meal in one of the many fabulous restaurants and visit Priory Park and the shops. The location also made it easy to walk to and enjoy the natural open spaces of Wray Common, Redhill Common, Reigate Hill, and the splendid country views from the North Downs."
