"I fell in love with this place as soon as I saw it - it truly is a one-off apartment and the only one that is truly located centrally, right above the main entrance - with the mesmerising views over the centuries old trees' alley. The best thing - no one lives below or above, and having the original beautiful oak roof above gives you a feeling of living in your own little house. When it rains - the sound of rain drops is quite soothing, while laying in a Super King size bed! The living room now has huge vertical radiators, that arrived directly from Italy (together with the work carried out to install them, I have paid around £8,000) thus allowing me to free up the walls and place a 65' TV there. I have had this apartment now since 2004 and will truly miss it, after having lived here for 16 years!"
