Approaching Royal Earlswood Park down the tree lined driveway that is surrounding by acres of manicured grounds, you can tell you are about to find something quite exquisite. Stuffed to the brim with charm and character this gorgeous apartment is bright, spacious and something you cannot help but fall in love with.
Clearly well loved by it’s current owners, care and thought has gone into the design and décor of this home to create a warm and welcoming space throughout. Leaving your shoes in the spacious hallway, you step through the elegant double doors and enter the open plan living/dining area. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, this mixed with the high ceilings create a open feel where you can entertain friends with dinner or enjoy a quiet night in curled up on the sofa with something sweet as you catch up on your favourite TV series. From here you have access to the study, a decent size room that could also be used as a nursery, snug or even a guest bedroom with its own en-suite. There is also a separate W/C down the hall.
The kitchen is at the end of the hall and is a great space for any budding chef, with plenty of cupboard space to keep things tidy, you can create something delicious to eat and play around with new recipes. There is also enough space in here to add in a small breakfast bar where you can enjoy a cup of coffee before getting ready for the day.
The bedroom is an excellent size, the gorgeous wooden effect flooring gives it a rustic feel mixed effortless with the contemporary décor. The large windows offer views of the pretty greenery outside, there are large floor to ceiling wardrobes with sliding mirror doors and an en-suite with bathtub, overhead shower, and built-in cupboards.
Along with stunning communal grounds, there is also a communal gym/swimming pool that only residents have access to. You’ll benefit from 2 allocated parking space and Earlswood train station is just a short walk away.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed living in the development for the last 13 years. The spacious landscaped grounds, surrounding areas for lovely walks, secret orchard (plenty of apples) have been enjoyed by friends, family and me. The apartment, one of two on this side of the building, has its own (huge) front door and a lovely south facing garden area which I have used to grow veg and herbs. You would be close to all conveniences - gym, schools, hospitals, shops, town centre, train station - but yet feel like you are tucked away in an oasis of calm.“
