"We have really enjoyed our time living in this house. The location is brilliant, with a nearby corner shop and Tesco Express, plus Redhill town centre and train station a short walk away, with direct trains into London taking only 30 minutes. There are also some lovely local walks around the nearby Nutfield Marsh nature reserve and Mercers Park. Parking for two cars AND a garage has been ideal for us, as it is a rarity in the area. The garden benefits from a good amount of sun from late morning through to evening. It is a great space to enjoy BBQs with friends and family. Both the front and back of the property are not directly overlooked, so it feels somewhat private. Alpine Road is a quiet, peaceful road, and has had a real community feel to it during covid-19, with music performances by neighbours and offers of help for those that needed it. We have really loved living here and we hope the next owners will love it as much as we do."
