Through the pretty green door, the spacious hallway has some storage for you to keep things tucked away before leading you through to the living room at the front of the property. A good size room, you can easily picture yourself relaxing here in the evening with a good book enjoy the log fire on a cool winter night.
At the back of the property the open plan dining area with kitchen/breakfast room is great for any busy family. Filled with light from large window and patio doors, this is a great space for entertaining! The mixture of light and dark colours from the kitchen cupboards to the radiators flow so well together, this modern design utilises this already good-sized space giving you plenty of to add in accessories and your own personal touch. At the end of the garden, slightly hidden by some shrubbery and up some steps is a large raised decked area – secluded by tall trees this little slice of heaven is a perfect little area where you can stay cool in the summer months with a glass of G&T.
"We’ve loved our time in Redhill. We started our family here. It allowed us to run our London based business whilst enjoying the beautiful Surrey hills. The garden gets the sun all day and the decking surrounded by beautiful trees and shrubbery gives privacy and a feeling of being in the countryside - a perfect space for that morning brew. Located near excellent nurseries and schools has made juggling work and family a breeze. We can walk and drop the kids off and hop on the train from either Redhill or Earlswood, both offer easy commutes to and from London. It’s a beautiful family home and last year we installed new Everest windows and doors throughout along with a modern high end bespoke kitchen and family room refurb. We’ve loved living here. P.s there’s a lovely garden nursery / cafe ‘Priory Farm’ 5 mins drive away and if you’re lucky you might even spot a certain Dame Judi Dench dining there - if it’s good enough for Judi...!"
