We’ve lived at the property for just under 2.5 years now and have enjoyed every minute of it. We have particularly enjoyed the sociable living space the apartment boasts, which makes hosting dinner parties a total dream.We completely fell in love with the views of the common at the front and how light and airy the property is because of the big velux windows.

We love living in Earlswood and how spoilt for choice we are with the array of cosy pubs just a short walk away, The Pendleton being one of our favourites! We’ve also really enjoyed the beautiful walks around Earlswood Lakes and the fields opposite the apartment, especially during the lockdown. Redhill common is also a short walk away and particularly glorious for picnics in the summer months with its views over Surrey and West Sussex! Being so close to Reigate town centre is also a huge bonus with its selection of restaurants, bars, pubs and shops. Pilgrim Brewery is a must visit with its home brewed ales and the option to have Monte Forte pizzas delivered to your table!

The commute to and from London is so easy with Earlswood train station just a short walk away and makes coming home to the peaceful surroundings all the more special.The neighbours in the property are so friendly and many a BBQ has been had on the pallet furniture we created together in the summer. We will definitely be staying local to the area!
