"It is going to be hard to leave Meadvale, having been here for almost 20 years. It’s been an amazing home, and a fantastic area to bring up a young family. As toddlers, our children fed the ducks over Earlswood lakes, and went to the local Nursery, and local Primary school of St Johns, just a short walk away. Being able to ride their bikes ,or walk to school, whilst being able to learn to play golf and go boating at the weekends over the lake, we have been very spoilt. Now with both attending Reigate School, and having that extra independence, we feel it is time to move to pastures new. Having moved from London many years ago, once you discover the open spaces on your doorstep, you will never go back. We will miss the annual fete on Swing common, with their live bands, and local stalls, it is a day that brings the whole community out. We have loved the peace and tranquillity of our summer evenings in our peaceful private garden, with a glass of wine, whilst watching tv, and entertaining under the stars. Being able to walk into Reigate, for a cheeky little coffee, or a bite to eat is something I have loved over the years, and now, reluctantly, it’s time to let someone else have a go."
