Following on from here you have the two double bedrooms, the master bedroom includes built-in wardrobes and still leaves you plenty of room to add in additional furnishings to give it that personal touch. The second bedroom is a good size, if not needed as a bedroom this would make a great home office.

There is a Juliette balcony that you can open to let in some fresh air and the corner balcony is a cute spot for you to dine al-fresco or just sit back and soak up the sunshine during those warmer seasons.
There are surrounding communal grounds, ideal for an early morning walk or for you to sit out and enjoy a picnic on over the weekend. This property also comes with an allocated parking space and visitors parking too for when family and friends come to visit.
If you like heading out for a stroll, there are plenty of local walks to choose from with Earlswood Lakes and Priory Park within walking distance, or you can hop in the car to Gatton Park to enjoy stunning views and grab a hot chocolate before heading home.
“I chose this flat in 2018 for its generous space, open plan feel and the sheer amount of light that comes through the large floor to ceiling windows. It’s also an incredibly friendly and safe place for my kids to explore and play in the communal garden. I’ve added new appliances within the kitchen and updated the décor from the very white and stark ‘rental’ look to a more colourful and creative space. The balcony is a wonderful addition (very few in the Belvederes have them) and I have spent many days sat out with a glass of wine whilst watching the kids play outside. The flat is also a brilliant social space with plenty of room to have friends and family over. The Belvederes are a friendly bunch and there’s even a WhatsApp group that you can join. I also love being so close to Reigate and all it offers and having Earlswood common on my doorstep for walks.”
