Located on a quiet no through road, this three bedroom family home is open, airy and perfect for a growing family. Leaving your shoes by the door, you make your way down the hallway with the living room being on your immediate left. A bay window brings natural light in throughout the year, and the multi-fuel burner creates an ideal focal point. You can easily picture yourself curled up on a cold winter evening with a cup of something hot as you enjoy the fire.
Next along the hall is the study, perfect for those who have to work from home. This space is flexible and would make an equally great playroom. Moving through to the rear of the property is the large kitchen/diner. Sunlight floods in through the skylight and patio doors invite you out to the garden.
The kitchen has lots of cupboard space and the large granite countertop has plenty of scope for creating culinary masterpieces. It's the perfect entertaining space where you can interact with your guests as you prep dinner and later head over to the sofa for a glass of wine and dessert.
During the summer you can open the back doors and move freely between the garden and kitchen. Setting up the BBQ on the patio you can relax and soak up the summer sun as the food cooks and children play on the lawn. A handy shed gives you storage space for the garden furniture to be kept tucked away during the colder months.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The large master has ample room for either built in or free standing storage. The second bedroom at the back of the house is a comfortable double and the third bedroom would make a perfect nursery or even an additional home office.
The family bathroom is bright and spacious with a tub for relaxing with a good book and the free standing quadrant shower is ideal for those mornings when you're just a little pressed for time.
"We have enjoyed living in Reigate over the past 10 years. With the town centre just a short walk away and some wonderful countryside on our doorstep, it has provided us with everything we could need or want. Having extensively renovated when we first moved in, we have reaped the benefits of living in the space we created both inside and out. Bricks and mortar aside, anyone moving to Cockshot Road will receive a genuinely warm welcome. Sadly however, all good things must come to an end and it's now time for us to move on. If we could pick up this house and take it with us, we would!"
