The well sized conservatory is a lovely spot to sit and admire the garden, through double doors you are led you out to the gorgeous garden with steps taking you to the patio, where you can pop your outdoor furniture. Planters keep the garden neat and adds a burst of colour throughout the year, and a path leads you to the greenhouse and shed at the end of the garden where you can grow some fresh fruit and veg.

The third bedroom would be a great nursery or a home office. The family bathroom has a large corner tub and overhead shower, it’s tiled finish makes cleaning an easy task.

Just a short walk into town, you can pick up the essentials and grab a bite to eat in one of the many bakeries and cafes. For an evening out with friends, Reigate town has a lovely selection of eateries and pubs, during the summer you can take a stroll around Priory Park.

Sellers Secret

"We love this house and the road it's on, but sadly have outgrown the property having moved in as a couple and are now a family of 5! The road is quiet with plenty of parking, and close to good schools, shops and two train stations into London or the coast. The house overlooks playing fields and countryside as far as the eye can see, with walks and lots of open space right on the doorstep. The layout is bright and open and the garden provides lots of space to relax and enjoy the evening peace. We'll miss it!"
