This two bedroom ground floor apartment is bright and spacious throughout, with big windows allowing natural light to flood through in every room. Located in a quiet cul de sac, just off of Reigate Hill, it is within walking distance to the train station as well as the local Co op and a selection of local shops, takeaways and the renowned Beryl & Pegs coffee shop!
As you enter the hallway, there is plenty of storage space for shoes and coats and a cupboard to help keep things tidy and out of sight. The large lounge diner is at the end of the hallway, the big picture window facing the front makes the room feel bright and cheery. There is ample space here for a comfy sofa to curl up on as well as a dining table and chairs so you can invite friends and family over for dinner.
The kitchen is also located off the hallway and has a lovely view to the rear over the sizeable communal garden with lots of mature trees. There is good storage space here with plenty of cupboards as well as a larder cupboard to keep the hoover and ironing board hidden away!
The modern bathroom has a white suite and complementary tiling and there is a shower over the bath for those busy mornings. Once again, spoilt for storage space with a big vanity unit beneath the sink as well as an airing cupboard.
Both bedrooms are good size double rooms. The master bedroom has a range of fitted wardrobes which are useful and the second bedroom, which is located off of the lounge, also has a double built in wardrobe. This would make an ideal home office, spare room or even a nursery or child’s bedroom.
There is access from the communal hallway to the rear communal garden. There is lots of space to enjoy a BBQ and sit out enjoying the Summer sunshine. The property also has a brick built storage shed which is really useful for keeping bikes or other equipment and tools.
“We love the quiet location of our home and ease of parking on our street. You can walk to the train station or into town quickly, and access the M25 by car without having to drive through the busy town centres. We really enjoy the large, maintained communal garden, which is beautiful particularly in the summer and underused in our opinion. The flat appealed to us because of the size of the rooms, the large windows and ample built-in storage space. For us, it has been the ideal first home.”
