WHAT'S GREAT

Just a short walk from Redhill town, Earslwood Station and Redhill Common that offers truly stunning panoramic views of the surrounding towns and countryside, you will find this pretty and stylish five-bedroom home.

Parking up on the driveway you head through the front door into the sophisticated open plan living space. The gorgeous kitchen has been transformed into an elegant, modern space with endless amounts of cupboard space, integrated appliances, a large island as well as a breakfast bar and the bi-folding doors provide the option of combining outside with the internal to offer you an amazing social space. Although this space has been converted from the garage, you still have a generous amount of storage in the large cupboard which is accessible via this room.

The easy to maintain garden is secluded and perfect if you want some outside space without too much hassle. There’s a sizable patio for garden furniture and storage at the end along with rear access.

The first floor has the large open plan living room/snug, with a large bay window bringing in plenty of light you have a warm and enticing space where you can relax and unwind after dinner with a good book or movie night in. The separate office would also be ideal for a nursery or playroom.

There are four bedrooms on the second floor, all of which had built-in wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a stylish en-suite and the family bathroom is also located on this floor and there are W/C on the other two floors.

If you want to pop out for dinner and treat the family, there are some great local pubs that serve a delicious Sunday roast. Redhill is currently undergoing a huge renovation which will include more homes, shops and a cinema where you can enjoy the latest blockbuster hits.

Sellers Secret

"We have two teenage boys and we moved to Pendleton Close in March 2021 to be within a 10 minute walk from their school, Dunottar, however the area has so much more to offer. Earlswood common/lakes is a 5 minute walk and offers ample leisure opportunities which my boys really enjoy. The house is also within spitting distance to a fantastic burger restaurant, Dexters, as well as strolling distance to Reigate and the many shops, bars and restaurants it has to offer. As for house itself, since buying the property we have significantly improved it. In addition to having the whole house painted in April 2021, during the summer of last year we invested over £100k converting the downstairs kitchen and garage into a large open plan living and entertaining space which included the fitting of bi-fold doors and a raised patio that help create the ideal live in/out experience. It's a really lovely house in a really lovely and friendly close. All of our neighbours are friendly and many have children and pets. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have."
