We have enjoyed the development's landscaping, walking paths and water feature regularly since moving in. Being close to the town centre and train station with 35-40 minutes on the train to central London has been a real bonus. The development is friendly and there is a resident's association with helpful management agents who deals with any needs quickly. We’re located at the front of the development so there is lots of on street parking as well as an allocated parking space with minimal noise and traffic. Being on the ground floor we have the patio area/balcony, which is south facing, getting lots of sun and has been great for eating outside and relaxing in the sun as well as quiet reading. Being 10-15 minutes from the M25 has helped a lot for work and is very convenient for travel and we are in walking distance from local schools, The newly revamped Redhill Memorial park and the high street.
