WHAT'S GREAT

This split level apartment is located just a short walk away from Redhill town, with a private garden, incredibly spacious, and plenty of street parking – it’s a great purchase for those looking for their new home. Ideal for busy young professionals, first time buyers or investors. Redhill is currently going through a huge regeneration with a new supermarket and gym being the most recent addition. There is also plenty of well known shops along with cafes, restaurants and some great local pubs that are perfect during the summer for catching up with friends whilst enjoying a refreshing drink in the pub garden.

Heading through the private entrance, the hallway takes you through to the living room on your left. A generous space; the fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere and the bay window allowing light in all throughout the year. Steps in the hallway take you to the rear where you have the spacious dining room and kitchen area. Double doors take you out to the deck, with steps leading you down to garden which is bursting with greenery.

Downstairs the two spacious double bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes, the neutral finish to both will make it easy to add in your own personal touch to make it feel like home. The family bathroom is also located on this floor, with a bath and overhead shower.

Reigate High Street only an 8 minute drive away is on the top of our list for places to visit in your free time when you fancy a bit of shopping with independent shops, and eateries.

Sellers Secret

This has been our family home for 26 years and in the time I worked in London and had young children, the proximity to the station and shops was vital, but 5 minutes one way to M&S is balanced by 5 minutes walk the other way to the green space of common and woods - an ideal combination. Despite how close we are to the town centre, this is a remarkably quiet road, with an eclectic mix of friendly neighbours and an active but unintrusive Resident's Association. The kitchen/diner is flooded with light in the morning, and I will particularly miss sitting in the sunshine with a cup of tea first thing, staring into the garden; then watching the sun set from the sofa in the living room in the evenings.
