WHAT'S GREAT

GUIDE PRICE: £280,000-£300,000

Beautifully presented throughout, this pretty split-level two bedroom apartment is located between both Reigate and Redhill. Fondly known by its residents as Meadvale, a prime and popular spot within walking distance of both towns, train stations and some gorgeous parks.

This spacious home has an open plan design in the living/dining area, offering space to zone with furniture. The separate kitchen has a modern finish, with white gloss cupboards, a wooden worktop and stylish metro-tiled splash-back, lit by under-cupboard LED lighting.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the second could be used as a guest room, a dressing room or the ideal spot for a home office! The bathroom is downstairs, with a walk-in shower and tiled design. A lovely bonus is that this home comes with dual aspect views, with the side views overlooking the North Downs and Leith Hill.

The sun shines on a small roof terrace, where you can sit with a glass of something refreshing. This home also comes with one official allocated parking space, which is roomy enough for two cars.

Sellers Secret

One of the things I love most about this flat are the views. I am lucky enough to have dual aspect views and being on the first floor makes it feel very private too. Getting ready in the morning looking over the North Downs and Leith Hill is something I am very fortunate to have and will truly miss. As the flat is elevated, I have been lucky enough to see some fantastic sunsets, that would not normally be seen elsewhere! The location is great, walking distance to trains that go direct to London in 40mins and we are a stones throw from Earlswood Lakes which are lovely to walk around of a weekend. I also enjoy being close enough to able to walk into Reigate for anything from a coffee in Priory Park, to a meal or a few drinks at the weekend. Although that said, it is very convenient with The Old Oak right on my doorstep, especially when meeting friends for a drink or two! Doug, the Landlord, always says hello. Meadvale is quiet and friendly with a sense of community, which is often lacking in these modern times. I only planned on living here a couple of years, but 11 years later I have been in no rush to move as I genuinely like it here so much. I will be sad to go!
