This immaculately presented home is very deceiving and spacious once inside. Located in the heart of Reigate, you are within easy reach of the High Street, the train station and access onto the M25. With some of Surrey’s finest schools in the local area, this is an all-round exceptional house.
You are welcomed in to the entrance hall with a flight of stairs straight ahead of you. The lounge/ dining room is to the left, stepping onto floorboards in honeyed tones; stretching up to the extended kitchen. In the lounge, a beautiful fireplace along with a bay window to the front, white shutters blinds and a neutral décor sets the scene for a peaceful room and provides dining space for more formal dinners.
The kitchen/ family area is the perfect place to entertain friends and family whilst you whip up a Jamie Oliver storm with modern fitted appliances. It’s shaker style cupboards are something of a ‘wow’ factor, with lots of storage space. The extended family area is perfect when the children are doing their homework, or you are hosting an annual BBQ. Open the sliding door leading out to the landscaped garden and be impressed by the easy to maintain grounds, where you will be spending most of your summer. It is a fantastic sun trap, with a patio area perfect for dining al-fresco.
Upstairs to the first floor, there is a very spacious master bedroom, a modern family bathroom and two good sized bedrooms. The second floor holds two further excellent sized bedrooms and a modern walk-in shower room. The Velux windows reveal some fantastic views and create a haven of peace and quiet.
Ideal for any growing family or professional, this home has been well designed, providing space, light and contemporary living, in a beautiful residential street, where many of the neighbours in the roads gather for summer street parties, school walks and much more.
"We bought this home after we fell in love with the location - a quiet, friendly street with the benefit of a green and copse close by. We have expanded and refurbished our house as the family has grown and we now have a lovely space for living, entertaining and playing. We are lucky enough to live within walking distance of three outstanding primary / junior schools (and of course Priory Park) and the children love to scoot and walk to their local school. The green, a few steps away, has been a lovely place for the children to play, particularly the tree swing! It has hosted summer garden parties for the residents of Springcopse and Cornfield Roads and Furzefield Crescent, as well as Christmas carols (“Carols on the Green”). We count ourselves very lucky to have lived here – we will miss it."
