Stylish and sunny, this three-bedroom townhouse has a beautiful garden, driveway and a garage, quietly tucked away in a popular area of Redhill. The property is in a no through road, close to good schools with a sociable layout, ready to move into.
Light and spacious, this terraced house is designed for a sophisticated lifestyle and has flexible accommodation as the bedroom on the ground floor could be a quiet study, which would particularly suit someone who works from home. Patio doors from this room open out to the beautifully designed garden, which has a patio perfect for al-fresco dining and laid to lawn. Pretty shrubs and flowers line the outskirts of the garden and there is a shed, ideal for storing outdoor equipment.
On the first floor, the sun filled living/ dining room is ideal for entertaining as it’s generous in size and turns into a relaxing haven in the evenings. Across the hallway, the kitchen’s bright and welcoming with space for a stool under a small breakfast bar and a sleek finish which includes and arch display window. The gas hob, electric cooker and hood are integrated for you, as well as a dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Up to the second floor, the calming master bedroom has two built-in wardrobes, decorated in fresh neutral tones. The second bedroom is also a good size for sharers with a cupboard for storage, and the bathroom is a contemporary white three-piece suite with pleasant tiling giving it a fresh feel.
Just a stone’s throw away, the Memorial Park has a lovely café, perfect for adults to enjoy a coffee whilst the children play in the play area. Redhill train station has regular services to London, Gatwick and Brighton and Redhill’s town centre has everything you could need for a weekly shop. You are surrounded with some fantastic country walks and Reigate High Street is a short drive away, with further shops and restaurants, plus an Everyman Cinema!
"We’ve been here 11 years and it’s been so convenient being walk able in 6 minutes to the new larger Sainsbury’s, new gym, town centre and station which is on the main line into London and Gatwick.
The 2 off-street parking places makes life simple after a commute on the nearby M25 which is a short 5 minute drive away. We particularly love the middle-floor lounge space which is light, sociable and has relaxing views of the trees.
Both the inside and garden have been materially improved over the years here to make it more modern, homely, spacious and light. There’s also tonnes of storage of space or areas to be put to good use. We’ll be sad to leave but wish the next residents happiness here too."
