The sky lights allow natural light to flood the room, and the added bonus here is the handy utility room.. Patio doors lead you out to the easy to maintain garden, patioed at one end so you can set up your BBQ and summer furniture and the large shed at the end could potentially be used as a work shop (or just a place to hide any unwanted clutter)!

The Family bathroom has a stunning free standing bathtub, great for relaxing in after a stressful day and you’ve got the added bonus of a large separate shower. Onto the second floor, the third bedroom includes built-in wardrobe, additional storage space in the eaves and has a spacious en-suite.
"We’ve loved our 8+ years at Althorne Road within which we’ve expanded our family and grown our circle of friends. It has been a fantastic base for our kids with Earlswood Infant and Junior School around the corner and the local recreation ground opposite for them to play. Earlswood & Redhill train stations are within walking distance making for an easy commute and we’ve enjoyed the close proximity to National Cycle Route 21 along which we’ve started to explore. It’s a friendly neighbourhood with a great sense of community (the Diamond Jubilee street party has become something of an annual tradition) and we’ve made some great friendships with neighbours past and present."
