"We already miss having the convenience of being able to easily walk into both Redhill and Reigate, avoiding having to get in the car to pop to the shops or station. Being in the catchment area for 3 amazing schools was always comforting too. We loved being tucked around the corner in The Cedars. With no through traffic & being at the end of the cul de sac there are hardly any cars driving outside. Making it as stress free as it can be getting two small children out of the house and into the car! The Cedars has been an incredibly friendly place to live, with a lovely mix of families and retirees as neighbours. We will really miss living there.
We did a lot of work to the house while we were there; a full rewire including lcd lighting in all rooms, we updated the family bathroom (the original yellow suite was still there when we moved in!), we also replaced the kitchen and landscaped the garden. We had lots of plans for the future too - an architect came to talk about extending the kitchen into the garage, making a large kitchen/diner and to add a play room to the rear of the lounge."
