WHAT'S GREAT

Tucked away and situated perfectly between Wray Common and Reigate's popular high street this family home is perfect for a growing family and someone who is eager to fulfil its full potential.

As you enter the property, you follow the hallway to the right, into the large open plan living/dining area, a big bright space that gets plenty of natural light through the large patio doors which offers views to the garden. This room has plenty of space to really create a great family friendly environment and the open layout makes it ideal for entertaining family and friends. From here, you go through to the kitchen with its lovely granite worktops and wooden cupboards offering plenty of space to get busy creating some delicious recipes.

Upstairs are the four bedrooms, the master bedroom has plenty of space to make it a cosy and relaxing space, with built in wardrobes to allow you to make the most of the room and the added luxury of a large en-suite. The other three bedrooms, three of which are generous double bedrooms, all have built in storage, the large windows in all rooms let in lots of light. The family bathroom has a large bath with overhead shower, perfect for relaxing in after a long hard week and as it’s tiled throughout, it’ll be easy to clean.

This home also comes with a large driveway as well as a garage, for someone who’s looking for a project without potential vast expense, the garage could be converted to extend the kitchen, create another bedroom or even a large office (STPP)!

If you need to pop into town, you’ve got the option of both Redhill, which has it’s great links into the bright lights of London, a selection of well-known shops and a number of places to grab a bite to eat or you can walk into Reigate town, with its unique shops, selection of restaurants and Priory Park is delightful all year round! You can be on the M25 within less than 10 minutes, and Gatwick airport is just a short drive away.

Sellers Secret

"We already miss having the convenience of being able to easily walk into both Redhill and Reigate, avoiding having to get in the car to pop to the shops or station. Being in the catchment area for 3 amazing schools was always comforting too. We loved being tucked around the corner in The Cedars. With no through traffic & being at the end of the cul de sac there are hardly any cars driving outside. Making it as stress free as it can be getting two small children out of the house and into the car! The Cedars has been an incredibly friendly place to live, with a lovely mix of families and retirees as neighbours. We will really miss living there.

We did a lot of work to the house while we were there; a full rewire including lcd lighting in all rooms, we updated the family bathroom (the original yellow suite was still there when we moved in!), we also replaced the kitchen and landscaped the garden. We had lots of plans for the future too - an architect came to talk about extending the kitchen into the garage, making a large kitchen/diner and to add a play room to the rear of the lounge."
