Maple House is a modern designed building on a corner plot on Chapel Road. It is well managed, with well-kept gardens and communal hallways. This one resides on the second floor, accessed by stairs, and once inside you are immediately aware that it offers beautifully bright and spacious accommodation. There is also secure underground parking for one vehicle.
An ‘L’ shaped hallway stretches ahead into the living and dining room at the far end, but first straight ahead of you is the bathroom. This is a modern white suite, idea for sharing or guests.
To the right is the master bedrooms, as with each of the bedrooms, this room has plush carpet underfoot for maximum warmth and comfort, and has enough space to fit in free standing wardrobes so there is plenty of storage for the most prolific fashionista. The en suite shower room is a generous size.
There is a double bedroom next door to the master, again, a generous size for guests, sharers or children.
The main living areas are peacefully positioned at the far end of the apartment, and from the living room you gain a leafy view from the window.
With gracious proportions, there are clearly defined areas for formal dining, working and relaxing with the family or friends on comfortable sofas and chairs.
The kitchen is conveniently accessible from the living room with white units running along both sides at both base and wall level. There is ample storage and work space for the keenest of cooks with integrated appliances.
Redhill town centre is currently going through a major re-vamp, soon to include more retail shops, restaurants and a cinema complex! It’s becoming the ‘place to live’ with Zone 6 being added to Redhill’s mainline station. Perfect for commuting to and from London, Gatwick or Brighton. Reigate High Street is a short walk or drive away, and we would highly recommend taking a stroll through the quaint town to enjoy many of the unique shops, delicious eateries and the Priory Park
"We have thoroughly enjoyed our time living in the flat, which was our first move onto the property ladder. As we both commute to work by train, being located less than ten minutes away from Redhill train station has been a huge advantage. The proximity to the high street has also been great; we have been very lucky to be so close to the shops. Having moved from London, we have been making the most of the outdoors by venturing out to the nearby countryside including places such as Reigate Hill, which you can even see from the lounge window! Being so near to Gatwick has also been extremely handy for holidays. Within the property itself we have really benefited from the new kitchen that was refurbished over the summer months; in particular the dishwasher has been a life saver!! The large lounge area has been excellent for entertaining friends and relaxing after a long day. We have really appreciated having two bedrooms and two bathrooms which has made friends and family feel at home when they have come round to stay. We will be sad to leave the property, but as we now require a larger space, it is time for someone else to enjoy it"
