"We've spent 22 happy years here in this lovely friendly village. When we first saw the property we fell in love with the house, but didn't think we really wanted the land. However we've so much enjoyed having it, especially the extra space to grow vegetables, keep chickens, store a caravan and have bonfires and barbecues. And we've easily found 'horsey' tenants to provide us with some extra income. We've used the annex for an elderly parent, and at other times for friends and occasional short-term tenants, but the house is flexible and could work well as one family unit. We know how very popular and well-thought of the school is here. We love our quirky house, and sunny sheltered garden, and only increasing age is now pressing us to downsize. We'll miss it, especially the delightful views, both front and back, of trees, fields, sheep on the hill and even the occasional bi-plane or steam train!"
