If you are someone who loves a little night life, the beautiful town of Reigate is a short cab ride with some great trendy restaurants and pubs.

Sellers Secret

"I was a first time buyer when I bought the flat some 7 years ago and it has been updated and modernised throughout including a new lease of 177 years.
My three favourite things about the flat:
1. Privacy, Unusually it only has 1 shared wall with a neighbour so it’s exceptionally private and quiet. 2. Location! Walk to the train station in 9mins, and the M&S at the BP garage in 2mins when you’re hungry! 3. Natural light; So many windows creates lovely light throughout. It’s a super spacious flat and I’m sad to sell it."
