Set in the heart of Reigate’s beautiful town, here you’ll find everything you need from suburban life. This spot is every commuter’s dream, only a stone’s throw away from Reigate train station.
This 1960s first floor maisonette has luxury grey carpet in the large lounge/dining room which is flooded with light through the generously sized doors which open out to the balcony. Beautifully decorated throughout by the current owners, it feels like you are stepping into a show home.
It’s always nice to have a separate kitchen when you live in an apartment or maisonette, as it allows you to shut out the smell of your dinner and relax in the lounge. This brand-new kitchen is every chef’s dream for cooking for friends and family. Typical of this aged building, the large rooms & windows flood each room with light which makes it a really warm and social space. With two large double bedrooms, this is ideal for any first-time buyer or downsizer looking for a good space with views to die for! There is modern laminate flooring flowing through the hallway and into the kitchen which is ideal for low maintenance.
The bathroom has been completely refurbished with a walk in, waterfall shower, sleek grey tiles and modern white suite. The perfect space to unwind after a long day!
There is parking to the rear and a garage en-bloc which can be used as parking or a large storage space, not that you’ll need any more because with this great home, comes a huge loft space!
You can easily walk into Reigate or Redhill town centre’s where you will be able to jump on a fast train to London in under 40 minutes. Reigate is well known for its variety of fancy eateries and entertaining pubs with live music and the newly refurbished Everyman cinema.
The Priory Park is just beautiful with its flower gardens, children’s play area and lake, fantastic for walking and enjoying the great outdoors all year round.
We have loved living here for the last 4 years. It has been a dream to be able to walk into Reigate town centre and enjoy the shopping and many restaurants the town has to offer. It has been very handy to commute into london as the train station is just a stones throw away. We will be sad to part with this maisonette but hope that the next owner enjoys it as much as we have!
