Built in the 1950’s, this three bedroom family home is set away from the main hustle and bustle of Reigate town but still within walking distance of the shops, station, local schools and Priory Park that offers social events and entertainment all year round. This the perfect home for those in need of some extra space.
Stepping into the hallway you can pop your shoes and jacket in the storage cupboard before heading through to the kitchen, with plenty of cupboard space to store away those kitchen gadgets as well as a generous amount of worktop space to create something delicious.
Making your way down the hall to the living/dining room, you can sit at the dining table enjoying dinner with the family before getting cosy on the sofa suite with a bowl of popcorn to watch your favourite movie. During the summer you can open up the french doors and sit outside to enjoy a BBQ on the patio as the children play outside in view.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the two doubles are great sizes with large windows in to let in plenty of natural light all year round. The master bedroom also comes with built in wardrobes to allow you to utilise the floor space on offer. The third bedroom is a large single, ideal as a nursery, guest room or for those who work from home it would make a great study with the window offers views of the surrounding scenery.
The family bathroom is another generously sized room with a large free-standing shower along with a bathtub where you can relax after a long hard day with a glass of wine and soak away the stress.
Reigate is a very popular town with its unique and independently owned shops, a great selection of cafes and restaurants and for those night owls there is some great night life. Reigate station has links into the London and you can join the M25 within 10 minutes.
"We have really enjoyed living in such a lovely quiet, safe area and only having a five minute walk to school in the morning. Our son loves playing in the front garden with the neighbours children and we have spent many a happy evening in the garden with the chimenea and a glass of wine. The views from the main bedroom are fabulous and great for watching fireworks on Guy Faulks night! "
