Nestled down a popular street on the edge of Redhill, an area perfect for young professionals and families, this house has sizable rooms throughout and is in a street of similar character houses built in an era reliant on natural light.
Stepping through the pretty front door you enter into the cosy lounge with working wood burner, the bay window and bright decor brighten up this room giving it a light and spacious feel. Wooden flooring leads you through to the separate dining room, with plenty of space for a dining table and chairs there is another pretty
log-burner and under stairs storage to keep coats and shoes hidden away.
The archway door leads you into the kitchen, offering you plenty of storage from cupboards and separate utility room at the end of the kitchen where white goods can be kept. You can keep those kitchen gadgets hidden and have room to make a mess as you experiment with new recipes to try with friends.
Leading out to the pretty courtyard garden, there are grey paving slabs and stones with a few shrubs here and there adding a splash of colour and making it an easy to maintain. This is a sociable garden to enjoy all year round.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with built in cupboards and a natural finish. The second bedroom offers pretty views of the garden. There is also a large, newly fitted, modern family bathroom with a white three-piece suite.

"We have loved our time on Victoria Road and it really is an ideal location for so many reasons. As a commuter, you are a 8 minute walk from the station and guaranteed a seat for a short 40 minute journey to London Bridge and train links to Victoria, King's Cross and Farringdon too. Redhill town centre is a short walk away and there are many local parks to stretch the legs. Holborns is fantastic shop at the end of the road and every Friday you will be a stone-baked pizza throw away from the Sliced Pizza van. Our biggest miss will be our neighbours and we hope we are as lucky in our next home!"
