There are some great schools both state and private which are very highly rated and Earlswood Lakes are nearby for dog walkers.
"We have adored this being our family home for the last 12 years. We immediately loved the period charm and attractiveness of the house and this appeal has never waned. Whilst being walking distance to Reigate, we love the village feel of Meadvale and its close proximity to excellent areas for walking such as Redhill Common and Earlswood Lakes. The selection of local schools, both primary and secondary and state and private, is truly excellent. St John's Primary School and Dunottar have both been perfect for our children. The different reception rooms have worked well for us enabling the children to have their space and for a 'grown-up' sitting room to remain just that! Although the garden would benefit from some work, it is a wonderfully private and sunny with far-reaching views."
