"This house has been a wonderful family home for 45 years. The children were able to grow up here with all the space they could wish for. The garden doubled as a football pitch and the house was always filled with friends and laughter. The house retains many original features and is close to the station and other amenities. I am sad to leave but its time for another family to enjoy this house as much as we have."
