Driving through the development you will be immediately impressed by scenic views and the picturesque modern designed houses. Situated in one of the sought-after roads in Watercolour, you are located only a few steps away from the stunning lagoon, ideal for an early morning jog or a summers afternoon stroll. You can also enjoy the canal at the start of the development, with a Tesco Express and other amenities ideal for everyday life.
As you step inside you will be amazed at the natural light opening up this air and bright home. Entering the wide hallway, dark wood flooring leads you through and continues throughout the ground floor. To your left you walk through into the separate kitchen, with gloss finish cupboards, a tiled backsplash and fully fitted appliances. Also, off the hallway is a handy cloakroom and storage for coats and shoes.
The living/dining area is the perfect space to entertain family and friends when they come over to visit. Light floods in through the sky light in the living area, for those warmer months you can open the doors and step out into the low maintenance garden with a patio finish and a few flowers beds where you can get a little creative to add some colour. It’s great for those of you who do not have the time for the gardening.
Upstairs, the first floor has three generous sized bedrooms and a modern family bathroom. Up to the second floor are a further two bedrooms, both of which include an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. If not all the bedrooms are needed, you have the option of turning one into a play room for the children or a study!
For those of you that commute, Redhill’s mainline train station is only a short drive away of which can get you into the bright lights of London in only 30 minutes! Also in the catchment area for some great schools such as The Royal Alexandra and Albert and the new Merstham Park high school which opens in Sept, all of which come highly recommended.
"6 Years ago when we viewed this spacious home we were instantly in love with the exuberant look and positive vibes of the house. We moved in with a primary school child and being 5 minutes’ walk to the outstanding primary school was a bonus. We enjoyed living in the house and having very friendly neighbours has been brilliant. The North-Easterly aspect of the house makes rooms brightly lit up with sunlight. The larger kitchen opening into the living room has been unique and pleasingly entertaining for getting together with families and friends. The first floor living room was perfect for movie nights and kids looked forward to it. We preferred two parking spaces and felt two lofts were like 2 garage storage spaces. Garden laid with Indian sandstone enhanced the look of the garden and added more space for kids to enjoy the paddling pools in summer. Watercolours having greenery around, the early morning walks across the lagoons and the Mercers lake has been extremely refreshing"
