This gorgeous Victorian property was transformed into 3 houses from the original building, creating wonderful, spacious homes. Oozing with natural light, incredibly high ceilings and well sized rooms, the space on offer is fantastic.
Walking along the path under the wisteria draped pergola to the front door, you already know you are heading to something quite special. Stepping into the hallway you have the downstairs cloakroom and a large cupboard for keeping coats and shoes hidden from sight.
An excellent space for any budding chef, the large kitchen has a rustic charm to it. There is plenty of storage and space for a breakfast table bar for that quick morning coffee before you start the day.
There are two large reception rooms both with equally high ceilings. The front room has a log burner to keep you warm in the winter whilst you snuggle up on the sofa. At the rear, double doors lead you out to the attractive and secluded garden. The patio leads to a path through the lawn, which takes you to the cosy nook, where you can set up the BBQ and relax as you enjoy the peace and quiet. There is even a space for the hot tub! (Available by negotiation)
Inside, the basement provides you with great additional space, with excellent head height too. Currently used as a gym, this could also be used as a cinema room or den. There is a handy utility room on this level as well as useful storage space for all those bits and pieces.
Upstairs there are four excellent sized double bedrooms split over two floors, two of which have en-suites with walk-in showers. The family bathroom has a large bath and a neutral tiled finish and there is plenty of space for the family!
Located in a prime location, you are within walking distance of some excellent schools including Wray Common Primar and St Bedes. Wray Common itself is right on your doorstep and you can take a walk straight up to Reigate Hill and beyond into Gatton Park to take in the views.
When I first stepped into Wraylands Drive I was blown away by the character and charm of the property. It is such a wonderful location, quiet and tranquil, yet close enough to walk into town or to the station when I need to commute. I have thoroughly enjoyed the past 6 years here but am looking forward to my new adventure!
